Return Policy (aka "Thirdzy's 30 Night Deep Sleep Assurance")

We hope our products work as well for you as they do for the thousands who rely on Thirdzy nightly! If after consistently using any Thirdzy product for 30 nights, your sleep has not improved, please email Zteam@thirdzy.com with your order number and we will process a refund, at no cost to you, on your first 30 night bag within 45 days of your first purchase date. 

You will be refunded on your original payment method. Refund processing time can be several days, depending on your bank or card provider. 

Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, we would be happy to replace it. Please let us know by emailing us at Zteam@thirdzy.com and include a picture of the item as it arrived. We will send you a speedy replacement at no cost.
